Foundation resources should be deployed in furtherance of the charitable mission, with attention to documentation, controls, and long-term sustainability.

The Foundation’s intent is to operate in accordance with applicable nonprofit requirements and maintain clear internal standards for responsible conduct.
Public accountability
Core governance, financial, and tax documents should be made available to the public as they are prepared and approved for release.
